Description: I have a compact two bed room mid terrace victorian property, which is a typical 'two up-two down' house.

The house measures 4 meters accross (wide). The back of the property features a small single story extension, which houses the down stairs bath room.

I actually require only the exisiting pebble dash to be removed from the rear of the property, as it is loose. And replacing with smooth render. The front of the property is to remain untouched. Could you please provide an estimate for the job.
