Gardening services

I'm looking for offers for grass cutting, trees pruning and tidying an overgrown area that is not very large in order to look good for sale.

Garden is approximately 24 feet x 13 feet. It currently has a gulley down the middle of the garden due to years of use. We are looking for someone to use a cultivator to dig up the whole area, flatten it out and then reseed it. Also, need an area approx 5 feet x 7 feet paved (slabs already bought).
