The work which is required is because of a small leak in the attic bedroom and it's coming from the roof where and more specifically where the chimney and the roof connect. Also gutters need replacing with new ones at the point where meeting with those of the next building.

I need a quote for a repair job on a flat roof made of ashphelt. Relatively small surface area c12x12ft with patchy areas. Part of a loft conversion, but roof was not replaced Looking for a quote as soon as possible
